If You think that google is not focusing on the PR then You are wrong because of most people are searching on the google search engine so It is really important for the website users to have a google page rank.

My first two visits of the site has PageRank 0 / 10 After going through my usual routine to verify the link to the metadata and such, since the classification dimmed and you specified. The bar Google said the site has not yet been reviewed.

No, Google always focusing on PR, after 3 or 4 months its updated..last PR updated at 27 june..!!
